Use of this website.

Capital City Jobs is a public site. Therefore anyone is authorized use of this site. Documents on this website are available for viewing, printing, downloading, and emailing. Postings to this site are authorized with proper registration and paid fee. We charge a flat rate fee for all postings. Coorperate postings are available. Please contact our sales department VIA E-Mail on our contact page for further information regaurding these questions.

Password and Registration Policy.

Password are isued by the Registering party at their own free will, used by the posting customer and is at no time ever distributed to the public. Capital City Jobs will not at anytime forfeit any registration information with in the limits of the law of the State of Kentucky. 
 

Termination of Service.

The length of a posting on Capital City Jobs is only Thirty Consecutive Calendar days and will not exceed unless otherised authorized by the staff at Capital City Jobs. At the end of the Thirty Calendar days the posting will be automatically deleted from the site. Capital City Jobs will not tolerate any obscene content on its posting and will drop any such from its site as defined by local law. If obscene remarks are made the customer will forfeit the fee for the posting aswell as be banded from using the site in future postings.
 

Customer Responsibility.

The customer is responsible for all information that is posted on the site. After a posting is made and you choose for it to be removed please contact the network administrator. If at anytime you decide for a posting to be removed notice that you will forfeit all fees paid to Capital City Jobs. All postings will be with in the pre-described time limit of thirty consecutive calendar days. If you choose to exceed this time limit please contact the site administrator to for go arrangements with the network administrator available on the contact page of this site. The customer is responsible for safegaurding their personel information. This is to include all Login's and Passwords.

Capital City Jobs can not gaurentee that its website will operate error free. Although we have tried to take all protective messures possible we can not guarentee a third party virus and therefor are not responisble for any damage or fees paid to repaire such problems.
