Capital City Jobs will not disclose any customer information to any one with in the rights of the Laws of the State of Kentucky. We respond to sobpoenas and court orders. Notice that all postings are viewable to the public. The customer is responsible for all information that is posted on the site. After a posting is made and you choose for it to be removed please contact the network administrator. If at anytime you decide for a posting to be removed notice that you will forfeit all fees paid to Capital City Jobs All postings will be with in the pre-described time limit of thirty consecutive calendar days. We reserve the right to disclose a contact procedure with you the poster in order to allow public gain to your posting and at no time will allow a posting to our message board with out these means.
